Saturday, June 27: State Fayre Presents The Lumineers, The Proclaimers, KT Tunstall, Dylan Gossett, Avery Anna, and Buffalo Traffic Jam.
Sunday, June 28: Teddy Swims.
Tuesday, June 30: Alanis Morissette (with special guests Wet Leg and Skunk Anansie).
Wednesday, July 1: Pitbull.
Friday, July 3: Kings of Leon.
Saturday, July 4: My Chemical Romance (Long Live The Black Parade Tour)..
Glasgow Summer Sessions – Traffic Community Meeting
The meeting was held on Monday 1st June 2026.
DF Concerts presented a plan to use before the concerts. It still involved considerable restriction, with colour coding zones, in order to reduce a trade in resident permits. Mosspark Boulevard was shut to through traffic for prolonged times. There were restrictions from the 27th June (8.30 am – 21.30pm), and 28th, 30th June and 3 & 4th July (10.00 – 21.30pm). We received the following feedback from residents:
Hi, this is the 1st time I have contacted yourselves, but feel I had to regarding the chaos of traffic restrictions in Dumbreck area because of concerts. It was bad enough with 3 concerts a year which has now increased to 6. The parking passes mean nothing after 21:30hrs, I know because I work shifts and between closing slip road to Dumbreck and other streets this is just nonsense.
I have lived here for 30yr and don’t mind about the football traffic, in which roads are never closed in Dumbreck and it runs smoothly, so would appreciate if you could look into this even by reducing the amount of concerts in this area, thanks
Can I please complain about the road restrictions that are happening due to summer music festival this year? In the past years residents in Dumbreck and area had passes which allowed them to travel through each area, so why this year is it different, we can only drive round our own area. Also why are we not involved in the decisions of whether we want to allow this too.
Another question why is there only restrictions when music festivals are on when on average there is around 30 to 35 thousand people yet on match days at Ibrox when there is over 50 thousand we can manage without restrictions, I would appreciate your comments, to not get to your house after 9.30 pm is outrageous.
